Totusi tavita este cam la limita pentru cei 10ml+ce se mai scurge din cilindru (care la dimensiuni este asemanator cu cosul utilizat in cafelat robot).

Desi vorbim de aceeasi origine, profilul e complet diferit: la Guido, shotul are o aciditate vie si fructata, care iti lasa efectiv apa in gura – un profil expresiv, cu multe note fructate in prim plan.
Am ajustat macinatura, temperatura si raportul, si am reusit sa echilibrez extractia, introducand si o nota usoara de ciocolata, dar fara sa-i iau din personalitate – fructele raman in centrul atentiei.
La Sloane era invers: dominau notele ciocolatii si condimentate (cacao coapta, cuisoare), iar fructele ramaneau mai in fundal.
O experienta interesanta si un reminder ca prajitorul influenteaza enorm ce ajunge in ceasca.
