Salutare [Image: smile.gif]
Nu am optiunea sa prajesc afara, in aer liber.
Multumesc

Quote: Hello Mirel,
Thank you for contacting Behmor. Please see the attached PDF for sales info pertaining to the UK/EU.
After several years of redesign, in June 2015 we completed the latest version of the Behmor 1600 Plus that would finally meet new EU/GS standards. Our goal was to launch before Christmas 2015. Little did we know, nor were we advised by the rules committees and standards houses until after the fact, to receive certifications there was a hard dated deadline. So when we went to re-certify, the engineer were told we’d missed the window for review using existing standards and instead would be forced to meet newly issued standards.
No notice was given by the safety houses, so we appealed the decision but were told it was too late.
We are now in the process of yet another redesign our factory says will take appx 120 days to retool, re-certify and start production.
Behmor is committed to getting the Behmor 1600 back to Europe and apologize for all these delays, but sadly, the European safety houses continue to engage in a pattern of what we see as ridiculous rules and changes to a product built well within every other published standard.
You can contact our Australian distributor, Andy Freeman to inquire about purchase of a 220V model via the internet. His e-mail address is andy@coffeesnobs.com.au.
If you get a 120V roaster and use a transformer or converter that doesn’t change the frequency, that is the best way to go but we can’t guarantee the results under our warranty as this has not been tested thoroughly enough.
Thank you for your patience.
Joe Behm
