Și cel mai reușit shot de Nicaragua Esquinita de până acum, 19gr in, 40 out, 30 secunde la 92-93 grade.
Da, e delicioasa, dar cu toate că, in 99,99% din cazuri voi prefera categoric o cafea din America centrala sau de sud, de data asta câștigătoare e Etiopia Mormora indiscutabil. Flavour Notes: Red Currant, Plum & Florals
20g in/300g out in 3 minute @90 C. Rasnesc grosier, sitez, obtin 11 grame de macinatura mare, si 9 grame macinatura medie.
Bloom cu 11 grame grosier, adaug macinatura medie la 40 sec iar in continuare folosesc reteta normala.

Lichior de cirese intr-un mousse de ciocolata Biggrin Honduras- Boje 128 prajita tot de Leuchtfeuer. O cafea foarte prajita, pun pariu ca daca ar cumpara Levo asta, ar ajunge direct in top 3. Cu lapte devine si mai si.

Reteta originala a lui Perger este asa:
"LIQUID CHRISTMAS CAKE
Makes 2

Ingredients
30ml spiced rum
30ml muscat or port
15ml Grand Marnier
Icing sugar
Milk
Cinnamon

Method
Christmas cake coffee cocktail. Simmer the spiced rum, muscat/port and Grand Marnier in a saucepan and light on fire (stand back, the flames won’t be small!). After 10 seconds, place the lid on the saucepan to quell the flames. Add a double espresso. I prefer rich, sweet chocolaty blends for this drink.
Mix 10 parts icing sugar to one part milk and a pinch of cinnamon to make a runny glaze. Dunk brandy balloons in the glaze and invert to create a dripping Christmas-pudding effect. Pour in the drink."

Eu am adaptat cu ce am avut adica: lichior de rom, Cointreau si tawny port. Rezultatul oricum mi s-a parut second to none  Big Grin Blendul Hedone a picat la fix.
