Permite-mi să îmi manifest scepticismul…. s-au speriat ca nu mai vând cântarele de 300€ bucata de când cu piața chinezească și în loc să vadă de inovații, ne vând nouă “aer la sticlă”.

Eu am fost cu Kinu la târgul de la San Diego de acum din weekend și a venit la stand Rex Tseng de la Acaia cu un Horizon. Am făcut câteva brewuri și le-am împărțit în două. Pe un pahar am pus Horizon pe celălalt am pus un capac, pentru a le ține la temperaturi cât mai apropiate.

La toate a fost o diferență evidentă de gust între cele două. Probabil modul în care afectează gustul variază în funcție de cafea, dar eu aveam o singură pungă la mine în acea zi. Brewul a fost mai smooth, mai dulce, mai clar și componenta fructată era mai evidentă. În comparație, cealaltă jumătate de brew, fără Horizon, deși era destul de bun,  era mai muddy și aromele mai puțin pronunțate. 

Întrucât n-am fost decât eu cu Christian, nu prea am poze, căci nu am apucat să fac. Las așa un aeropress de oțel, să fie.
