“Our latest, we believe the first domestic dual boiler machine with intelligent power management of the heating system, with the following features.
- Instead of switching heating elements on and off, it reduces or increases power as needed. This balances the power as required between boilers.
- A boiler can still be given priority
This system has many benefits.
- You have a plug socket that is limited in the power it can give, you can adjust the maximum power of the machine.
- Lime scale is reduced and heating elements life is extended
Our factory will set the maximum power draw of the machine for your country, you can reduce that maximum power draw by up to 50% using the Falcon I touchscreen.
Thermoregulated (PID) E61 group
with heater cartridges, not an inaccurate thermosyphon system. Manual lever operated group, or solenoid E61 group (which requires less maintenance). Dual boilers, each with PID control and the ability to switch off the steam boiler if not required.
Second generation PID with many advanced features, double daily timer, simultaneous or sequential heating and many more.
Compared to machines with a traditional PID, our Falcon I is able to automatically adjust the amount of power necessary to maintain the temperature without continuously switching the heating elements on and off, also reducing the formation of scale on them. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce the maximum power required by the machine by up to 50%.
Equipped with a 3 l internal tank or connect to the water main your choice. Compact design and near silent operation thanks to the high quality rotary pump.
Other features- Our own advanced control board (manufactured by ACS)
- The ability for over the air firmware upgrades
- 2mm stainless steel frame machine constructed from AISI 434 stainless
Control board (photos), this is our own board. It is an up-to-date implementation with a Microcontroller unit (MCU), effectively a whole computer on a single chip. This allows many different capabilities, now and in the future, with WiFi and Bluetooth for over the air firmware updates, using your phone as a “modem”. Simply create a hotspot on the phone, then use the screen on the
machine to download any required firmware updates (all numbered).“
