in economic mode, after turning on, the pid temperature reaches 120 degrees. If the lever is lifted immediately after turning on the device, the temperature stabilizes to a set value pid.

Hi Muresan, If, after turning on the machine, the temperature is below 70°C, will start the heating (without pid control) of the coffee boiler until reaching the set-point of 130°C. For the entire duration of the heating cycle, the display will shows the real temperature only if the TR:1 has been selected.) This heating cycle allows to reduce the time to reach the proper temperature of the brewer and ensures the first coffee extraction at a proper brew temperature. Yes, I saw the video. The machine will be ready to dispense coffee when the temperature value shown on the display will stop to flashing. In the first part of the heating cycle, the machine reaches the set-point of 125/130C, and then the heating will be disabled (coffee boiler heating element not powered). The temperature will be gradually reduced until the programmed set-point (95C) is reached and the flashing will stop. Best regards Riccardo Rossi
