Și cum ne dezobisnuim de acest obicei...
Eu nu am răbdare sa îl beau după micul dejun., câteodată la. Micul dejun mănânc o felie de pâine și gata.. .
Iar după un shot parca ma satur

Florin, orice invaț are dezvaț. 
Daca micul dejun e o felie de paine, e suficient sa o mananci inainte de cafea. Daca programul iti permite, incearca sa amani mai mult cafeaua dupa felia de paine. Pe la ora 10 e momentul cel mai bun pentru cafea. Daca nu, macar dupa felia de paine. 
Daca nu rezisti fara cafea inainte de masa atunci inseamna ca s-a instalat dependenta si trebuie sa vezi cum rezolvi problema. Cel mai simplu e cu vointa. Incearca sa nu bei cafea deloc o saptamana si daca rezisti, atunci poti controla cum vrei momentul in care bei cafeaua.

Reist fata cafea :), dar eu la ora 10 sunt la birou... Imi Mut aparatul la munca :))), dar cum ai zis, o sa ma organizez mai eficient.

Am trecut pe decaf dupa amiaza.
Si am mai observat ca espresso parca ma activeaza mai intens dupa ce il beau, dar efectul stimulant dureeaza mai putin decat la filtru.

Asta e valabil pt "omul mediu" care bea o ca din 7g de cafea dimineata si inca una dupa amiaza. Cand bagi 20 g intr-un singur shot, lucrurile se schimba. Pe mine, personal, peste 36g de cafea, pe zi, ma afecteaza, indiferent de ora. Incerc sa ma limitez la un espresso de 18g si un filtru din 12 g.
