My husband turned our kitchen into a coffee lab and I am losing my mind
I am sitting here with a lukewarm cup of instant coffee that I made in the bathroom sink because I cannot face the lecture waiting for me in the kitchen.
My husband has officially lost his mind over this whole espresso hobby thing.
It started with a simple machine last Christmas but now the entire counter is covered in scales and weird needles and three different grinders.
I used to love our mornings together but now it is like walking into a chemistry lab where I am the failing student.
Every time I try to just make a cup he jumps up like I am about to trigger a meltdown at a power plant.
"No honey you have to purge the group head first.
Did you weigh the beans to the tenth of a gram.
Why are you using that milk it is two days old and the fat content will ruin the microfoam. "
